New Haven has a highly trained and well-educated residential staff.  We have a 1 to 4 ratio of staff to students.  During the night there are always 2 awake staff in each of the houses.  Our staff  participate in the student's interventions.  All of the staff attend trainings that our therapists also attend.  They are highly trained in processing to help each of the girls during times that they are struggling.  Each of our daily staff acts as a Values Coach (mentor) to at least one girl to help with guidance through the program.
