Colleen Croff has been New Haven’s Executive Clinical Director since 2018. Colleen has over fifteen years of residential treatment experience, with various populations throughout and positions. Colleen is passionate about helping students work through attachment issues and trauma work. She believes that anything can be healed with healthy connection, effective interventions (researched and supported modalities), and time. Colleen graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. Colleen has continued her education through training in DBT, the EAGALA model, and EMDR.
Colleen is married and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge, spending time with family, being outdoors, and exploring new places.
