Julie is from the small town of Trenton, Florida. She moved to Utah in 2018 and began working at New Haven as a residential staff in the Rosa Parks house. Julie graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies, with emphases in both clinical and research psychology.
Julie has a genuine desire to help others and loves working at New Haven because of its inclusive approach to healing families and empowering women. Some of Julie’s core values include connection, compassion, respect, and diligence. Julie is the youngest of 5 children, with 3 older sisters and one brother. She grew up raising various animals and farming. She enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors, especially camping and tubing down a river. In her free time, you can find Julie listening to audiobooks, gardening, or traveling.
