Kaydee is best described as organized, efficient, even tempered, non-judgmental, inclusive, and has a great sense of humor. She offers mental health care and advocacy through a lens of inclusivity and utilizes a strengths-based approach with each of her clients. Kaydee also believes in the value and importance of a systems-based approach to help individuals achieve and maintain their mental health goals. She is trained in Trauma Focused-CBT, AutPlay Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Trauma Informed Care, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, LGBTQ+, and CAMS trained in Suicide Prevention and Awareness. She has over 8 years’ experience working in a specialty clinic for those who struggled with eating disorders and 10 plus years working with children and adolescents.

Kaydee gained valuable experience working in the school system as a Social Worker, resourcing needs for students and working with families to enhance students’ education, home life and mental health. She partnered with many organizations throughout the community to create a better overall wellbeing for her clients. This time gave Kaydee exposure to a wide variety of mental health disorders and opportunities to work with families from all Socio-economic backgrounds (i.e. single parents, foster children, the Latinx community and the LGBTQ+ community).

Kaydee loves any opportunity to travel, enjoys watching movies, listening to music and good food!
