Spanish Fork Campus

Kemarie is married to her bestie and has four adorable, sassy kids. She studied Spanish Translation and Public Health at Brigham Young University here in Utah. Language, movement, neuroscience and music are her great passions, and she loves sharing these passions with her students in the yoga setting. Kemarie originally started practicing yoga to manage back pain, but soon found it had a transformative impact on her mental and emotional health, and there was really no turning back after that . She is certified in various styles of yoga, including: C-IAYT Clinical Yoga Therapist, Therapy Trauma-informed, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Adaptive and Yoga Nidra. Kemarie is currently training to become a Clinical Yoga Therapist and loves applying what she learns in her classroom. Her goal for New Haven students is to help them make peace with (and even befriend) their bodies, and give them tools for understanding and managing their nervous systems in a healthy way. She loves working with teens and feels grateful to be part of the New Haven team.
