Mandy received a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Brigham Young University and went on to do an accredited dietetic internship at Utah State University. She is now a registered dietitian.
Mandy has worked at New Haven since 2007, starting as a residential supervisor for 2 years before becoming the dietitian. She provides individual nutrition counseling, teaches nutrition classes, oversees menus and meal plans, and monitors nutrition based medical issues. She has experience working with eating disorders and other nutrition related issues.
Mandy is originally from Oregon, but now lives in Eagle Mountain with her family. She enjoys playing with her very active children, exercising, crafting, and sewing. Mandy loves working with the students at New Haven and seeing them recover and make progress toward their true potential.
