Emma was born and raised in Alabama, where she acquired her warm, southern charm. She came to Utah to attend college at Brigham Young University and loved Utah so much she recently bought a house in Spanish Fork. She is a life-long warrior against depression, self-hate, and loneliness. This passion, along with her respect for families creating healthy change, led her to New Haven in 2014. Emma worked as a staff mentor before moving into the Residential Director position.
Emma specializes in connecting with people on an emotional level and helping them feel safe enough to share their feelings. Her authentic relationships allow her to give needed feedback, which facilitates amazing change in the girls she works with.
Emma loves history, is an avid traveler and has been all over the world! She often sings out loud with very little skill. Her friends are her chosen family and there is nothing greater to Emma than feeling joy with others!
