Lisa Greenhalgh

Lisa is a freelance artist who has taught in Nebo school district for 12 years as both an elementary art specialist, and a substitute teacher. She has painted murals in homes and doctor’s offices, as well as other commissioned pieces of art. Her creative skills are multifaceted and include painting, quilting, designing & sewing clothing, paper mache, and gingerbread art. She is currently a student at Brigham Young University, majoring in Social Science, and enjoys learning and having new experiences. Lisa loves working at New Haven as the art teacher because she believes that nourishing creativity in the girls will benefit them in all future pursuits… and art is fun! Her hobbies are hiking and swimming and spending time with her seven grandchildren.
