Stephanie McDonald, MSW
Stephanie is passionate about working with adolescents because she recognizes that they are the future. She values her role in guiding students and families as they progress and support each other in this therapeutic process. She hopes to guide each of her students in building unshakable self-esteem and confidence as well as giving them the tools they need to lead healthy lives.
Stephanie completed her Master’s degree at Loyola University in Chicago and her undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University. She has specific training in suicide prevention, vicarious and sexual trauma. She has spent substantial time in China working in a special needs foster home and completing a study abroad with her MSW, and has studied Mandarin for two years.
Stephanie is married and has a young daughter. She loves to travel and learn about new people and cultures, especially if there is an ocean nearby. She has competed in seven triathlons’ in recent years and loves the variety of challenges that they bring.
