Kevin earned his master’s degree in social work at Brigham Young University. He then began his career as a therapist working in residential treatment with teenage boys. He worked with teenagers and their families to understand family dynamics to improve the families overall health. He gain experience with working with kids with oppositional defiant disorder, Autism spectrum, RAD, problematic sexual behaviors and sexual abuse. Kevin enjoys guiding families towards repairing their family system. After working with adolescent boys in a residential setting for several years Kevin choose to come to New Haven because of the relationship based programming. He loves working with struggling adolescents to help them find themselves and create a healthy environment. Some of Kevin’s hobbies include camping, hiking and four wheeling. He spends most evenings coaching any sport his kids are involved in.
