Amber was born and raised in Utah. She has been married for eighteen years and is a mother to two beautiful daughters. Through her own family healing journey, Amber has been deeply touched by the mentors throughout her life and aspires to offer this gift to those around her. She finds great joy in sharing a hopeful future, compassion, and connection with others. Since 2014 Amber has invested time working with the youth in her community, developing core values and creating a place of love and belonging. Amber began her journey at New Haven in 2018, and through her experience and training has developed skills to identify core issues and support students through the ups and downs of life.  Amber’s strengths lie in mentoring and training staff and empowering students to be vulnerable and act responsibly. Outside of work, Amber enjoys being a mom, organizing, meditating, and doing family history work.
