Blair Higbee joined the New Haven team in 2017 as a residential staff and quickly fell in love with the mission and vision of the company. In 2020 Blair became the Residential Director of the Mother Teresa Home and loved continuing working with the students and families in this capacity. She believes in the focus on family systems, the effectiveness of the relational approach, and the beauty of seeing the family heal as a whole. Blair also couldn’t get enough of all the opportunities to be adventurous with the students at New Haven, going rock climbing, hiking and doing a service trip down in Mexico! At the end of the day, she loves sharing new experiences with the students and finding the joys in the little things. Blair has taken all of her experience in residential and moved over to the Admissions team as an Admissions Counselor. She is excited to continue to support families in a new way.
Blair’s core values include adventure, connection, integrity and growth. During her free time Blair enjoys traveling & exploring out of the country, playing sports, including soccer, tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. She also enjoys going to concerts, being with friends and family and being outside.
