Shelly has always had a passion for serving others, which is what lead her to work with adolescents for the last 18 years. Shelly has an extensive history working in treatment, she spent 5 years working as the Admissions Director, and a previous 10 years working residentially, including as the Residential Director. Shelly also had the privilege to work with a consulting firm as an Educational Consultant, supporting families in crisis to find the right placement for their child. Shelly has always held a high regard for New Haven and was excited to return back to residential where she finds the most joy.
Shelly loves to connect and bring hope to families in crisis. The only thing Shelly loves more than serving others is spending time with her family. Shelly is married to a wonderful husband, has 5 children, and 2 bonus kids. She also loves to spend her time with her 9 grandchildren.
