Kylie began working at a short-term Embark program in 2020 and transitioned to New Haven in 2022. As a residential team supervisor, she played a major role in the healing journey of many families and was able to recognize her passion for working with adolescents. Kylie chose to work at New Haven due to how the program aligns with her top values of integrity, honesty, and humor and how New Haven heals the family system not just the individual. Kylie has a natural ability to connect with her students, she is able to hold a firm boundary when needed and show love through the process. She loves learning just as much from the students and their families as they do from her. Kylie is working on a bachelor’s degree in psychology and will continue on to receive a master’s in social work. A dedicated sports fan, Kylie loves cheering on her favorite teams. She also enjoys traveling and adding to her expansive shoe collection
